About the Role

Jeronone Technologies is looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter with strong experience in IT hiring. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews.

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure engagement.

4. Offer Management

• Assist in preparing salary structures and negotiating offers.
• Handle offer rollouts and manage joining formalities.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and weekly hiring reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stages of hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of technical skills and IT job roles is a plus.
