HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

· Manage job postings and candidate databases

· Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds

· Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation

· Maintain hiring reports and track recruitment metrics

Skill Set

· Strong communication & coordination skills

· Familiarity with job portals & sourcing techniques

· Proficiency in MS Office

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree

Experience Required

0–2 years of recruitment experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
