Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The role also includes developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Strong skills in conducting background checks and managing the full recruitment cycle

Expertise in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
