HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Conduct headhunting for suitable profiles.
• Conduct technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) based on requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the offer process and on boarding when required.
• Demonstrate strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Manage multiple roles and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
