HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to screen candidates effectively, and a passion for hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Conduct interviews and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.

Understand job descriptions and match candidates according to requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain daily reports and hiring status.

Build strong relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.

Skills Required:

Good communication in English & Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle multiple positions

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / 12th pass can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
