Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with a strong interest in growing in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, interview schedules, and recruitment MIS.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred in non-IT or similar roles).
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
