Key Responsibilities:

• Complete recruitment cycle for Technical & Non-Technical positions
• Job posting on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & social platforms
• Sourcing, CV screening, telephonic interviews & shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling interviews & coordination with HODs & management
• Maintaining recruitment MIS, trackers & candidate database
• Support in onboarding & joining documentation
• Employer branding & candidate lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Manpower Agency preferred
• Strong sourcing skills on portals, referrals & networking
• Excellent communication & follow-up skills
• Self-motivated & target-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
