We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring teachers, academic leaders, and admin staff in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for teaching, leadership, and admin roles
• Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication
• Working closely with Principals, Coordinators, and Admin teams
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and documentation
• Supporting onboarding for new hires

Requirements

• 3–7 years of recruitment experience (school/education sector preferred)
• Strong communication and people-handling skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
