Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT and technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technical roles (Developers, QA, Designers, Analysts, DevOps, etc.).
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, evaluate technical understanding, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and job descriptions.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media.
• Maintain hiring quality and reduce turnaround time (TAT) for open positions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment within the software or IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring (Frontend, Backend, QA, Mobile, DevOps, UI/UX, Cloud, etc.).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, selection methods, and interview evaluation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
