Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Recruiter cum Admin to handle both recruitment and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records.
  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support HR and management in documentation and compliance activities.
  • Prepare reports and assist in internal communication.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
  • Time management and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
