  • Understanding Hiring Needs – Coordinate with department heads/managers to identify staffing requirements.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing – Create and post job ads on portals, social media, and other platforms; source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screening & Shortlisting – Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination – Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Assessment – Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Database Management – Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Offer Management – Assist in salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
  • Employer Branding – Promote the company’s culture and values to attract talent.
  • Compliance – Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Reporting – Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and updates for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
