Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer (Talent Acquisition) with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction or contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical and administrative roles, while also supporting general HR and administrative functions.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is willing to perform overtime when required to meet project deadlines and recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and screen potential candidates for open positions within the company, particularly for engineering, construction, and project-related roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry contacts).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Schedule and arrange interviews, prepare shortlists, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and offer letters.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, employee records, and other related HR duties.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for HR management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR administration within a construction or contracting company in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR systems.
  • Willing to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities when required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience sourcing for technical roles such as project managers, engineers, supervisors, and project support staff.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
