HR Recruiter - English/Arabic/Tagalog/Hindi/Malayalam speakers

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Officer - Arabic Speaker (UAE Experience Required) at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting qualified candidates who meet the company's standards and requirements. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and implement recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external partners.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the agency or real estate related industry, with a focus on the UAE market is required
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
