Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

• Source candidates through portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and client HR teams.
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-up.
• Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Prior consultancy experience will be an added advantage.

Office Time- 9.30AM to 6.00PM

Monday to Saturday Working, Sunday Off
