KEY RECRUITMENT EXPERTISE

• End-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior-level technical positions (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity)
• Boolean search, X-Ray, and AI-based sourcing (SeekOut, Entelo, HireEZ)
• Proficiency in ATS tools: Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse
• Experience in Agile and Scrum-based hiring environments
• Candidate pipeline management for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Social sourcing via GitHub, Stack Overflow, HackerRank
• Data-driven hiring decisions and recruitment analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
