Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements for various departments and create clear job descriptions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal referral programs, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads
  • Maintain candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a smooth experience
  • Manage onboarding activities including document collection, offer letters, and joining formalities
  • Collaborate with management to plan hiring strategies and forecast manpower needs
  • Strengthen employer branding through job postings, social media, and employee engagement
  • Ensure a professional and candidate-friendly hiring process

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment platforms, and interview techniques
  • Ability to multitask and manage several open positions at once
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining hiring data
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
