As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will independently manage the full recruitment life cycle for internal and external client requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals, coupled with excellent screening, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Use platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and others to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic screenings and assess candidates for competence and culture fit.
  • Manage hiring for bulk, mid-level, and niche positions across industries.

2. Job Posting & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Draft clear, attractive, and detailed job descriptions.
  • Post vacancies across job portals and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing.

3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication between all parties.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience while managing expectations.

4. Onboarding

  • Conduct salary negotiations within approved budgets.
  • Support onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable talent options.
  • Share updates, trackers, and candidate feedback with clients.
  • Deliver timely closures while maintaining quality standards.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Share weekly and monthly status reports with management and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong resume screening and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for daily HR tasks and reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Education

  • Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
