HR Recruiter

We are seeking a highly competent HR Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment to manage the full cycle hiring process for various technical positions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong IT domain understanding, and the ability to execute a structured and efficient recruitment process. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, including job requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team needs.
• Proactively source qualified IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Conduct HR interviews to assess communication, behavioral fit, and preliminary technical alignment.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments while ensuring consistent communication and timely feedback loops.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and status reports for leadership review.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout all selection stages.
• Support employer branding and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to full-cycle hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed.
• Strong negotiation abilities and capability to close candidates efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ATS or HRMS tools.
• Prior experience hiring for IT product companies, technology startups, or software development teams.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and familiarity with hiring metrics.
