Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day recruitment operations for domestic staff hiring.
  • Understand client requirements for roles like Cook, Helper, Clothes Washing Person, Driver, Electrician, etc.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions for each domestic role.
  • Source candidates through references, job portals, local networks, and agencies.
  • Screen and interview candidates to check suitability, experience, behavior, and reliability.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and address verification as required.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of domestic staff for quick placements (live-in and live-out).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (in-person / telephonic / video).
  • Keep proper records of candidates and placements in Excel or recruitment database.
  • Ensure smooth joining, basic orientation, and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to understand their ongoing and future manpower needs.
  • Address basic grievances or issues between candidates and clients and support in resolution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR / Recruitment (experience in domestic or blue-collar hiring preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process and candidate assessment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor/contract norms related to domestic staff is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR/recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with honesty and professionalism.
