HR Recruiter

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct phone/virtual interviews to assess candidate fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Pay: ₹118,495.89 - ₹521,557.41 per year
