Role: HR Recruiter

Location: Marol, Mumbai

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions.
• Leverage AI tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives, onboarding, and other HR activities.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field..
• 1-2 year of experience in agency recruitment (Digital Marketing roles)
• A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify cultural fit as well as skill match.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri and other applicant tracking systems.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
