HR Recruiter – Panvel (Full Time)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Post job openings and handle applicant responses
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment processes
• Ability to join immediately is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
