An HR Recruiter manages the full hiring lifecycle: partnering with managers to define needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing/screening candidates (LinkedIn, boards), interviewing, coordinating with teams, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding, all while using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage data and track metrics like time-to-hire. Key skills include communication, relationship building, and knowledge of HR systems, aiming to find the best cultural and skill fit for the company. Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, create effective recruitment strategies, and forecast hiring needs.
  • Sourcing & Posting: Write compelling job descriptions, post openings on various platforms (job boards, social media), and proactively find candidates via networks, databases, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer processes, including salary negotiation, conduct background checks, and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Data & Compliance: Maintain candidate records in the ATS, track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
