Key Responsibilities – HR Recruiter
- Identify manpower needs for various showroom departments (Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Inventory, Security, Housekeeping, Karigar staff, etc.).
- Create and update job descriptions based on role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and industry contacts.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads/showroom managers.
- Conduct reference checks, background verification, and documentation collection.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple showroom locations (if applicable).
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Assist in onboarding formalities—offer letters, joining kits, induction scheduling, ID creation, etc.
- Build strong talent pipelines for high-turnover roles (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Jewellery Consultants).
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce planning and replacement hiring.
- Coordinate mass hiring during festive seasons or showroom expansion.
- Promote employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure hiring compliance and adherence to company policies.
