Key Responsibilities – HR Recruiter

  • Identify manpower needs for various showroom departments (Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Inventory, Security, Housekeeping, Karigar staff, etc.).
  • Create and update job descriptions based on role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and industry contacts.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads/showroom managers.
  • Conduct reference checks, background verification, and documentation collection.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple showroom locations (if applicable).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities—offer letters, joining kits, induction scheduling, ID creation, etc.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for high-turnover roles (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Jewellery Consultants).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce planning and replacement hiring.
  • Coordinate mass hiring during festive seasons or showroom expansion.
  • Promote employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure hiring compliance and adherence to company policies.
