HR recruiters are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring and onboarding new employees. Key duties include creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to find the best talent for an organization. Core responsibilities

  • Recruitment strategy: Developing and implementing recruitment plans, including creating job postings and ads.
  • Candidate sourcing: Finding and attracting qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and college partnerships.
  • Screening and interviewing: Reviewing resumes, screening applicants through phone calls and interviews, and assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring and negotiation: Coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating job offers and compensation packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation to company culture and values.

Administrative and other duties

  • Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of applicants and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and criteria.
  • Reporting: Providing reports and assessments on recruitment progress to management.
  • Compliance: Staying up-to-date on employment laws and company policies.
  • Employer branding: Promoting the company's values and culture to attract potential employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
