Job Summary:

Clickinpedia is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process and support the HR team in sourcing and onboarding quality candidates across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Manage job postings across platforms and track application flow
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Support HR operations and documentation as needed

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (internship or full-time)
• Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
