ROLE: HR Recruiter
EXPERIENCE: Freshers (2025 passout, 2026 (final year students))
EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Design, or a related field.
LOCATION: Chennai- Adambakkam
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and connect with talented UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Design Leaders.
• Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
• Work with clients and hiring managers to understand the type of talent they need.
• Match candidates to job roles based on their skills and experience.
• Create and update job postings with the correct information.
• Maintain a list of UI/UX professionals for current and future job openings.
• Review portfolios and resumes to shortlist the right candidates.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, design challenges, and technical tests.
• Keep up with UI/UX industry trends and salary standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners.

REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to analyze portfolios, understand job descriptions, and assess UI UX Design & Development talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
