Role Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Managing job postings across platforms
  • Maintaining candidate databases & follow-up communication
  • Coordinating with internal teams for hiring requirements
  • Supporting HR operations when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of hiring processes
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple roles
