HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our hospital HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical staff and ensuring timely hiring as per organizational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads
• Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, walk-ins, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
• Support onboarding and induction activities

Eligibility:

• MBA / MSW (HR) candidates only.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes
• Hospital or healthcare recruitment experience preferred
