Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Full-Time

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 2+ year experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring for IT roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Database, etc.) and Non-IT positions.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinating interviews and closing positions within defined timelines.
• Target-oriented with the ability to meet monthly hiring goals.
• Good English communication skills and professional candidate handling.
