HR Recruiter

AssessHub is Growing and is looking to hire an HR Recruiter (Recruitment + Generalist) — someone who wants real ownership, not just “assist HR.”

You’ll drive self-sourced hiring (no consultants) and help ensure our team has clean, clear HR processes as we scale.

Your mission

1. Hire 20–40 people this year through sourcing + outreach + closures (60%)

2. Strengthen onboarding + HR process orientation for our 25-member team (40%)

Ideal background

* 1–2 years recruitment experience

* 6–12 months HR generalist exposure

* High ownership, fast execution, great coordination

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹4 LPA + variable
