Job Title: Recruiter (NON IT)

Experience Level: 6 months - 2 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a consultancy background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a recruitment consultancy with a strong ability to place top talent. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with candidates, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Source and attract top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Provide consultative hiring advice to clients, ensuring the best hiring decisions.
• Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate and client data.
• Work towards achieving individual and team recruitment targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies
