About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates with prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm will be preferred. The client is ok with both IT Non - IT candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various job roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and daily/weekly hiring reports
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring cycle
• Support onboarding of selected candidates
• Meet recruitment targets within timelines
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Basic MS Office knowledge

Education

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
