Key Responsibilities

  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring for QSR positions such as Team Members, Cashiers, Kitchen Crew, Shift In-Charge, Commi, DCDP, Store Managers, and Area Managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives
  • Coordinate with outlet managers and operations team for manpower planning
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback and selection
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage documentation
  • Ensure joining, onboarding, and induction of selected candidates
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases
  • Handle attrition replacement hiring and urgent manpower requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws (basic understanding)

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume and fast-paced hiring
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process
  • Familiarity with QSR operations and staffing patterns (preferred)
  • Educational Qualification
  • Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 0.6 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in QSR / Retail / Hospitality / FMCG
  • Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
