Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring for QSR positions such as Team Members, Cashiers, Kitchen Crew, Shift In-Charge, Commi, DCDP, Store Managers, and Area Managers
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives
- Coordinate with outlet managers and operations team for manpower planning
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback and selection
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage documentation
- Ensure joining, onboarding, and induction of selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases
- Handle attrition replacement hiring and urgent manpower requirements
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws (basic understanding)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume and fast-paced hiring
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process
- Familiarity with QSR operations and staffing patterns (preferred)
- Educational Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in QSR / Retail / Hospitality / FMCG
- Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
