Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior-level positions
  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
  • Support employer branding and recruitment drives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Must have fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
  • Good negotiation and candidate management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (preferred)
  • Freshers with relevant internships may also apply

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
