Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior-level positions
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Competencies
- Must have fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (preferred)
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
