HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle end-to-end blue-collar hiring. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and be comfortable managing bulk hiring requirements and coordinating with external agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
• Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, references, and local networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents and consultants
• Regularly coordinate with agents for bulk hiring requirements
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth onboarding
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining
• Maintain recruitment database and daily/weekly hiring reports
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within deadlines
• Support documentation and joining formalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
• Must be fluent in Hindi & English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring preferred
• Ability to coordinate effectively with agents and vendors
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Preferred: Male candidates
