Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage local recruitment, job posting and candidate sourcing through online portals, HR documentation, data entry, and overall HR operations. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage recruitment and HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Post job advertisements on recruitment websites and job portals and actively search candidates on portals such as Naukri, Naukri Gulf, and other relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through online portals, local consultants, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Maintain HR documentation and document control, including employee files and compliance records
  • Perform HR data entry and MIS reporting using Excel and HR systems
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee databases, and manpower reports
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment vendors
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including joining, exits, and audit support
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR records

Skills & Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations
  • Female Candidates preferred
  • Strong experience in job posting and database search on recruitment portals (Naukri, Naukri Gulf, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR MIS
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills in English and local languag

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
