About the Role

Springfield Properties is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing luxury real estate team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top-tier talent and delivering a premium candidate experience aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
  • Screening and shortlisting high-caliber candidates
  • Managing recruitment pipelines and consistent follow-ups
  • Coordinating interviews with senior management
  • Ensuring quality screening before final interviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years real estate recruitment experience
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities
  • Must be Female
  • Immediate joiner
