HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This Contract to permanent opportunity involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong talent pipelines, filling critical positions, and ensuring compliance with hiring standards.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, posting, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with experience in clinical, engineering, and quality assurance roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and Office Suite to maintain organized records and streamline processes.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate settings.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates through various methods, including social media and networking.
• Strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Office Suite applications.
• Experience managing recruitment for clinical, engineering, and quality assurance roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid scheduling.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to recruitment processes.
