HR Recruiter

Delta Constructions is currently hiring a HR Recruiter to join our team.

Location: Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Follow up with direct managers to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare hiring reports.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the construction field).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
