Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various positions in our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in building our workforce and shaping our company culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, an understanding of the IT industry, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft job descriptions, and identify key candidate qualifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software and recruiting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
