Talent Acquisition Specialist


Role Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online recruiting tools, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist the most qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews .
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely updates.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of Experience as a Recruiter preferably experience in  Blue-collar  recruitment and Mass Hiring
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Recruitment process, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview strategies.
  • Excellent time Management and Organizational skills.
  • Very good for both spoken and written English proficiency.
