Position Overview:

UniTriTeam is seeking a full-time Virtual Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates across a variety of industries and roles for our global client base. You will work closely with our Business Development (BD) team to understand client needs and deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client roles across various industries

• Collaborate with the BD team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

• Build and post job listings on relevant platforms and manage job distribution

• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients

• Provide timely updates and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

• Continuously improve recruiting workflows and recommend process enhancements

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment

• Startup experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience in such settings is a strong plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities

• Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Availability to work full-time on West Coast (PST) hours
