Job responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Ownership of End-to-End recruitment process
- Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to the on-boarding of candidates
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and the network of agents
- Headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates, and approaching specific markets and organizations for roles and succession gaps
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire§
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Job Recruitments:
- Minimum2–4 years of Experience
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, and Facebook,
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team spirit
