Job Summary:

SourceTek is looking for an HR Recruiter for its office based in Johar Town, Lahore. We are seeking a motivated professional with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with both local and US hiring exposure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and US-based hiring
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Support onboarding and joining formalities where required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in local and US recruitment is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of sourcing platforms and hiring processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
