Job Summary:
Provides day to day support directly related to human resources business operations.
Essential Duties:
Qualifications:
Education: A High School Diploma or GED Required - Associates degree preferred
Experience/ Basic Knowledge: Prefer at least one year of office experience, particularly front desk experience must be able to type 45 wpm. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to converse in Keres and English languages is preferred. Must have proficiency in email programs and internet use. Must work cooperatively with others. Must have patience and ability to follow directions. Must have the ability to meet schedules and timelines effectively. Must have 1 year of Human Resources experience.
Required Licenses/ Certificates: Required; Valid driver’s license. Required; Tribal Human Resources Professional Certification, SHRM Certification, or PHR Certification within first year of employment.
Physical Requirements: Must have manual dexterity to enter and retrieve data from a computer. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. Use both hands and fingers on a computer keyboard; bending at the wrists and elbow’ occasional stooping, bending at the waist, climbing stairs.
Preferences: San Felipe Preference and Veteran’s preference
