HR Recruiter

Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensure compliance with local HR policies and regulations. Your efforts will help us attract and retain top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer negotiation.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical). Masters In HR will be an advantage.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and candidate screening techniques
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidate fit
In-depth knowledge of HR policies labor regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Spouse visa will be an advantage

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
