HR Recruiter

  • Handle complete recruitment activities for oil & gas, EPC, shutdown, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department managers.
  • Verify candidate documents, qualifications, trade certificates, passports, visas, and experience records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for local and overseas hiring.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and manpower status reports.
  • Coordinate mobilization activities including visa processing, medicals, onboarding, travel arrangements, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, clients, and manpower suppliers.
  • Support workforce planning and urgent manpower requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Required,

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the oil & gas, EPC, construction, or industrial sector.
  • Good knowledge of technical and non-technical positions in oil & gas projects.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment procedures and GCC labor requirements is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
