HR Recruiter - 2 to 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Experience - 2 to 4yrs .

1. Recruitment Support

• Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview updates.
• Maintain candidate tracking sheets.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Assist with joining formalities and collecting new-hire documents.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS accuracy.

3. Employee Engagement

• Support HR in planning team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
• Conduct feedback surveys and prepare reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,472.08 - ₹20,978.48 per month
