Role:
The HR Recruiter & Operations person is responsible for hiring the right candidates and supporting day-to-day HR and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Recruit candidates for different roles as per company needs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Assist in payroll, leave, and compliance-related work.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.
- Handle employee queries and provide support.
- Help management in planning HR activities and improving processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods and HR operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- 2.5 –4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
