HR Recruiter and Operations

Role:
The HR Recruiter & Operations person is responsible for hiring the right candidates and supporting day-to-day HR and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Recruit candidates for different roles as per company needs.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist in payroll, leave, and compliance-related work.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support.
  • Help management in planning HR activities and improving processes.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods and HR operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
  • 2.5 –4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
